This is my most pervasive symptom and the one that fuels my suicidal ideation the most. Therapy (CBT, DBT, IFS, TFT, PET, EMDR, ACT) haven't helped. I've tried a ton of hobbies as an adult and none of them helped. I have no intellectual interests. I don't even like watching TV or movies or listening to music or reading. Everything leaves me feeling empty and bored.
Are there any medications that are helpful with this? Supplements? Nootropics?
Spiritual practices? I've tried meditation very seriously. Physical practices? I tried yoga for a time, too.
Looking for any and all input.
