Finding a BPD treatment facility

Hi there I am 23 years old and I have been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, as well as Mood Dysfunction Disorder, Eating Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and ADHD. I have been searching for a couple of weeks for a long term residential treatment facility that specializes in BPD. My problem is insurance. I only have Medicare A and B and Medicaid *mod edit*. I can't find any facilities in our state, but I am willing to go out of state. Does anyone know of the kind of facility that I am looking for that uses DBT for treatment. I need residential so that I can learn how to use DBT 24 hours a day to help me function as normally as possible. The facility must accept Medicare. I prefer not to have a psychiatric hospital. Looking for something similar to Synergy Recovery Center in Missouri (they just did not take Medicare sadly).

Normally, we don't allow folks to make recommendations, however since you're looking for a facility which meets certain requirements, rather than recommendations on a particular doctor (which would be completely disallowed), I think if anyone knows about a place that fits those needs, it will be okay for suggestions to be thrown out.
