Not really sure what to say that might be of any help here.
it could be the way you're looking at it - I mean if you were to laugh it off with a "not you again" would that help. Obsessing over it or trying not to think of it never works.
Try and find an alternative - like make up a silly song. Start with not you again and then sing it, in your head maybe. Don't even give your mind a chance to start on what it might mean etc.
You're too hung up on this. The more upset and obsessed about it you get the worse it's going to get. Forcing yourself not to even think about it will also make it worse. Find ways of making it better.

what gives me slight peace is cursing the bully. like cursing him with torture and all the pain in the world. may his entire family suffer a terrible fate.

One of the things in DBT is distress tolerance. Basically it comes down to finding something to distract yourself. Which is all you can do in a situation like this. Find something else to focus on. And never watch that show again. Your brain will soon latch on to something more interesting.
I know you can't see your therapist right now but maybe there are books or websites that can help in the meantime.
No one can make the voice go. Only you can do that by finding something else to do.

I have a question: think of the creature/bully you can't stand.. like u really are petrified of him.. u cant stand him..
u are throwing a house party and this bully/creature/insect gatecrashes and he's not leaving... what would u do...

Ok, so you can a) hide b) run away c) call the police d) pick up something hefty and go tell him to FO.
And I would never throw a house party

Which would I do?
Depends what mood I'm in. It's between the last 2 though.

calling the police sounds good. bullying can really wreck a person's mind.

I've been diagnosed with bpd but I don't have the bad relationship symptom if that makes sense. Anyone else the same? I'm starting to think I've been wrongly diagnosed x

it was more like 'i want to be best friends' with anyone and everyone. i couldnt listen to 'no' and wanted everyone's approval. would feel guilty all the time and would always crave validation. even in places where i was right, i would say sorry.. just to not upset the other person.

You need to remember that for a diagnosis of BPD you need to meet 5 of 9 tick boxes, not all 9. There are actually 256 different combinations (or something like that anyway, I forget now). So the fact you're missing a symptom doesn't mean the diagnosis is right or wrong. It just means you don't have to tackle that issue......
