I have BPD. I used to cut myself, 2 hosptializations, 6 suicide attempts. 4 years ago I entered DBT theory and had done any harm to myself since. It 100 percent effective, if you put that much effort back.
I also have Huntington's disese.
In case nobody here knows. Huntington’s has physical and mental symptoms. I am in the mental phase right now. It includes Anxiety, depression, mood swings, and Hallucinations.
