How I repair my brain damage and depression in 3 months with daily meditation

Not sure where to post this. I tried reddit but they keep auto deleting my post. I guess I'll try it in here. Because I have a few BPD exes and I think it can help treat BPD and maybe even cure it. Because it helps with me and I have Schizoid SPD.

Hi all,

In 2016 I got a brain injury and got permanent brain damage from in. I spend the majority of 2017 unable to do anything and also had severe depression. Then in late 2017 I started a meditation experiment and was able to repair brain damage and cure my depression within 3 months.

I documented in the spreadsheet I'm linking. From the top is when I started my meditation experiment and as you scroll down you see my sleep and mental pattern getting better (in blue and green).

The secret I use is something called Binaural Beats to help me meditate. I develop it into a new method of meditation that you do in your sleep. Instead of sitting down like monk, you listen to sound waves call Binaural Beats in your sleep and it induces a "Meditation Effect" while you are sleeping. It's easy to do because you just do it in your sleep.

Now I want to write a book that will explain how I did it and teach you how to do what I did.

Science backs up what I'v experienced

But I want to see if there is interest in this. If you are interested in this please vote up.

If there is enough interest I will consider writing a how to book to teach people how to do it.
