I give up on dating

I just can't do it.

When I'm in single hibernation mode im ok, I cam hold down a job, see my friends, get by ok

But any time i get involved with someone I like it's just..... it just doesn't work.

I've LEARNED a lot but it doesn't help.

I lost the last almost a year to a failed attempt and all it was was panic, anxiety, stress, depression.

The obsessive thinking, oh God the obsessive thinking... endlessly

I don't feel like the same person when I'm Single, I look back like "who was i"

I just can't do it.

It's not easy being with someone...
You have to learn to trust and adapt - which is extremely difficult.

When I was in a toxic relationship, I was full of anxiety and doubt.
When you "find" the right person, it should be easier for you to open up about not only what makes you happy but also what makes you cry at night. And all those little cheesy things that you have never done before will give you butterflies. Food will taste better.

It doesn't mean you won't have bad days or fights but.. When you meet the right one, I think you'd understand why it had never worked before.

In the meantime, spend time with your friends, family and pets if you have them. Spend time with yourself. Love comes in many shapes and forms and a romantic love is a luxury, and a want - never a need.
