my therapist said Im bpd and I am also bioplor 1

I have been biapolor for 10 year and never felt right but now learning about bpd it fits so much more for Mr the the other one but she says I can still be biapolor 1 too I am so confused I struggle with going to see here cause I don't like people or many people I have like 4 friends and really talk to to and am married but I am happy with that she want me to go out meet more people and do it once a day one new friend but I have a hard time with it people rub me the wrong way

I am not liking your therapist. Really, one new "friend" per day? One passing acquaintance is more like it. You are fortunate to have 4 friends you can really talk to!
