Hello everyone,
I got a pretty specific question due to a problem with a pal of mine, who became paranoid is now hearing voices and suicidal. He seems pretty BPDish at times when he is not psychotic so the question arouse where the difference would be between BPD paranoia - and possibly regressive BPD psychosis - compared with let's say schizophrenic ones.
Maybe someone knows and could share.

Hello.
In my case, my paranoia is very much tied in with abandonment. So I'll get paranoid that someone is mad at me or annoyed with me or getting sick of me and will end up leaving me.
No voices.
That's only my experience though.

hi,
I am very much like your friend, I hear voices and see things I'm told are not there, I went into a total meltdown in April ending up with me trying to end my life, its awful having voices telling you how $#%^ you are, that no1 cares n your better off dead, my voices tell me every atrocity that happens is my fault and it has got so bad I can no longer watch the news or have anything electrical on during the day. I have the typical borderline issues of abandonment and rejection and depending on who or what has triggered me I react either aggressivley or totally blank them out, i'll delete them from social media, block them from my phone
