Newly diagnosed with borderline disorder

Hi there just wanted to seek some advice as a newly confirmed BPD. The consequences have now cost me my career as a nurse who recently overdosed I've been declared unfit for practice. I'm being referred for Dbt but waiting lists are long although in the UK it comes under NHS so we are lucky really. I'm not sure my next move. No Income, no job any support or advice will be appreciated

Where in the UK are you located? I ask because of the deprivation of DBT services in England which causes psychiatrists to propose subordinate alternatives to biding patients.
