the other day i met a griend who had given an exam for foreign studies and in my mind i was rooting for him to get less marks.
it would allow him to whine and that would give me company of someone who's life is as messed up as mine. i realize it's unhealthy thought or wish to even want someone to fail. but i can't stop it. its like i want everyone to suffer and fail in life.
any insights? or any advice what to do?

Sadly, I do this at work. My mental health screwed me up so much I want everyone else to fail so I dont look as bad.
My suggestion, when you catch the thought, think something positive about the person.
Seroquel- 100mg, Lamictal- 300mg, Trazadone- 300 mg, Trileptal-1200mg, Gabapentin-1200mg
PRN- .5mg Xanax
