Hey! I'm new here so still unsure about how to use this forum... I signed up 'cos I feel it would be amazing to be able to talk openly with people who are going through similar things as me but now I just feel terribly awkward :/ Don't know where to start or even what I'm supposed to say

And still, really need to talk...

Just talk! Post about think you're concerned with. Respond to the thoughts of others. It's rather simple. No need for social anxiety- it's the internet! You get to think before you type things out and nobody knows what you look like or knows you!

Dx: BP1 mixed rapid-cycling, BPD, PTSD
Daily Meds: Latuda 120mg, Vyvanse 60mg, Intuniv 2mg, Quetiapine 200mg
PRN Meds: Alprazolam .5mg
