My Boyfriend Has Just Left Me

Hi

For various reasons (mainly because I have bpd) my boyfriend of three years has said he can no longer do this relationship. As you will all know, rejection hurts us far more than a 'normal' person. I feel so alone and just simply don't know how to cope. I'm scared of what I might do. I've done so well to lead a 'normal' life recently, I know this will send me back to a horrible place I just don't want to revisit.

Any advice would be great. I am a single mum of two young children and I'm currently signed off work for anxiety so going out isn't an option.

Im sorry to hear that after 3 years, he decided he couldnt do it anymore.
