Hi, loudsilence! Maybe you need to try the treatment longer. How long did you go to therapy and take meds for? Not everyone is the same and the fact that you can't not be anxious or talk much in social situations doesn't make you a bad person. You could try to take things slowly and see how much of what you want to do you can accomplish. You could try to go for a walk to a place where there are people almost every day and take it from there.

i get that too. i prefere to be a recluce and not go out that much. I just feel people are sucking the life out of me and i just feel dizzy and faint around them. It's almost like i dont feel like i'm actually there. or they are'nt. everywhere just gets disorentated. my speach starts to change and my memory goes.
The way i feel better is getting away or having a cold drink of water or fresh air or if i get really scared i have to touch the ground to feel i am really there.
Is that all normal?

Try CBT. It works great for many types of anxieties. Join a group or try the book we used in my group by Sam Obitz and do the TEA form exercise in it. It helps you get out of your head and back into living your life.
