Perhaps you could start a new thread about it in therapy/ ? It's a good question and I think people might not see it here.
We think too much and feel too little.
More than machinery, we need humanity.
More than cleverness, we need kindness and gentleness.

Great list you got here. Thansk for sharing!

The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook, Third Edition -- This is indeed a great book. I have bought this a year back and have read it from page to page.

I'm gunna be a right moaning murtle here and destroy the peace, but myself, personally have read so many of the stupid things. Never bloody worked. I enjoy reading books on causes, symptoms, types of anxiety and the psychology behind them. But I don't want to read about "eric and his magical breathing exercises and now he's bloody cured and dolling out all his fancy pants books" well Im sorry, 'eric', you tosser, I think you've been breathing in your own $#%^ particles because it doesn't sodding work. Eric the Olympian runner or whatever he's bloody called, with his 'anxiety' issues should literally jump. Eric is my own representation of all of the selfhelp anxiety authors over the world, I bet they're getting heart palpitations and sweaty palms thinking about what they should spend their 200,00000 billion, zillion pennies on...utter bellends. "if you're feeling anxious tidy up your room?" Or "breathe like you're taking a dump when you feel a wave of anxiety come on in public." I'm so anxious and wound up anyway, me breathing like I'm gunna squat one out ain't gunna cut it Eric.
