Hi, I will get straight to the point. I dont know if it is OCD or BDD but I have like an obsession with my nose. I am insecure about it but my problem is I see it in my sight. Like if I look down to read or look at my phone I would somewhat see my nose in my vision and it drives me crazy. This has been causing me extreme anxiety and depression. I heard taking the medication Prozac helps with this type of problem. Please help im 17 and can't focus in school.

I had never noticed that I can see my nose like that before. It's normal to be able to see your nose in your peripheral vision. But you are obviously finding it disturbing.
Are you able to see your doctor and see if you can get a referral for therapy that may help? The doctor will also be able to talk you through if medication will help you to feel better about being able to see your nose...

A General Practitioner would be a good type of doctor to start with. They can give general information about medication and maybe refer you to a therapist if you wanted to try that. Do you have General Practitioners (GP) in your country? If you have a regular GP, go with that, if not, it hopefully shouldn't be too hard to find one... Otherwise, just look for whatever is the most general type of medical doctor you have in your country.
Often people will find that their brain focusses on something and gets anxiety about something in order to distract from some other problem going in their lives. It may also help if you take time to think about if there is anything else in your life at the moment that you feel anxious or uncomfortable about? e.g. relationships, study, work etc... Sometimes if you can resolve other areas that are causing problems, the symptoms of the thing that's bothering you will go away... This isn't necessarily always the case, but it's worth considering what else might be bothering you in case something can be done about that and your symptoms might resolve...
