I was just diagnosed with Bipolar 2 a few days ago. Figured I'd come hang around this area of the forums. I admit I'm a little scared and don't know what to expect.

I'm new too and not sure how things here work yet. I am interested in bouncing some ideas off of others with bipolar. I've got Bipolar I, but I've been doing well now for a while off of meds (almost a year now). I figured I'd see if anyone else figured this out...
