Just to let you know that on this small planet there was another bipolar awake with ya lastnight, I was up til 7a.m. and finally dosed off. Man there is nothing on cable at that hour is there?
Hang in there, I don't know why I had insomnia, I'm rather level right now. But sometimes mixed is masked by the combo of extremes and just feels normal in comparison, won't know til I look back in a few day, hindsight is 20/20 with this thing.
Take good care, glad you liked the site.

Thank you bipolarlady.
I will try that, it seems almost too simple. I haven't been able to take any kind of pain meds like tylenol or aspirin for a few months , I just had gallbladder surgery not too long ago, but took my first tylenol today for a headache. I think I can handle it now.
I don't mind being up for a day or so, b ut then the old psychosis starts to peer on me and I start hearing and seeing things, and get very paranoid.
I nap when I can. I'm bipolar 1
Mood scale, 8/10
