Is This Irrational?

Postby pinkfloydfan810 » Fri Sep 28, 2012 3:56 am

Looking for any help. I'm looking to buy a Mercedes E300/E320 eventually in about 2 years.. Looking to take out a loan for $5000.00 and pay $106.00 a month for 48 months. Which I figure is not a bad idea. Everybody is against it due to the fact that it's a Mercedes. I've had PLENTY for a lifetime in my family. The reason being because of the repairs on my Mom's previous Benz. Anyway is it as irrational as made out to be? I know someone who can fix it or me, myself, and I. Thanks for any reply.

ummm..not exactly sure what this has to do with bipolar..but Im sure if I google it enough there is some kind of connection. Im having a good day.. and in a good mood, so lets play. Mercedes.. Hmm.. great cars. A status symbol, an icon. Come to think of it... I drove a 500hp exotic for a few years, and looking back it was hard to be depressed when I hit that baby full throttle. I mean it felt like I jumped out of a plane, but I was 2 inches off the ground. AHH THE CONNECTION! Gotcha! So lets take a look at your finances... well.. I do see that you have been responsible with debt. A little credit card debit. Savings accounts coming along nicely. I usually deny these types of debits, because typically a car is considered "bad debt", but you have shown you can be responsible, and have a good understanding with money..so the good news for you.. you have been APPROVED!!

It's not irrational. In fact I think it is very rational and sounds like you have thought about it a lot.

I say go for it.
