Totally beginning a manic episode

Postby hnp » Sun Sep 09, 2012 2:45 am

I just wanted to say that I think it's great to have a place like this when I'm going thru my highs because otherwise I'd be on Facebook or even worse: with people, just flipping out.

I know since this is just the beginning that it'll probably get more intense but hopefully I'll remember this thread and it'll kind of be a string for my manic balloon, haha.

To close on a brighter note (because I know sometimes certain threads can trigger me) I just met an awesome person. So this thread is kinda to help with that too.

Greetings, hnp! :D

How long do your manic episodes typically last? Who is this 'awesome person' you met? Providing additional details would assist me in understanding your situation. Please feel welcome to discuss any of concerns in this forum.

Hi hon

I know the FB thing when high - not good

I hope we can support you hear and be the string on your manic balloon lol.

Take good care of yourself and if things are getting out of control then speak to someone in your team.
