Just wondering

I have four first cousins and two of them are bipolar. My sister has just been diagnosed. I've wondered about myself and my difficulties for a long time. I don't know, just seeing who I can talk to. Have been treated for depression before, just recently stopped taking my medicine because I ran out.

Anyway, just trying this out.

I read somewhere that if you have a sibling with bipolar, you have a 50% chance of having bipolar yourself. Encouraging statistic, huh?

I would read about bipolar, to see if you can relate to any of the signs/symptoms and definitely talk to a professional if you are concerned.
