To me what's the difference here? I've been diagnosed with borderline, but I have read a lot on BiPolar and it seems to descibe me as well. So what are the differences between the two?

nuthin. read some up-to-date books and u find a lot of psychiatrists dont really discern between the two anymore. perhaps if you're just borderline, u wont suffer mania/deep depression? one seems to be bout personality, the other moods but they usually go hand-in-hand. for me at least im a classic definition of both as well. IMHO by experiencing both up and down, you learn to see bad and good in everything but you are consantly stuck trying to find middle ground, so you become 'borderline.'
