the things i find it hard to cope with are the instant mood shifts through the day.because maby u need to be in a more happier mood 4 a sertin avent and your a little on the down side and lacking in energy. and work i dont have the motivation and energy but i just push my self through the day it bugs me and then i get all iratable and thats one of my worse every day symtoms. and every time my mood changes its like a different person coming out. and then the tiedness and depressed mode witch i get ruffly every 3 to 5 days that last about 40 odd hours. and when in that mode u dont think its going to end or that your going to lift out of it. but u noow in the back of you mind it will pass. and what i hate is that say my friends r have a girls coffee outting our drinks at one of there houses. and im all excited a few days be4 to go and have fun. and then when that day comes it just s happend that im in a depressed state and dont want to go cos of the way im feeling. and i kick my self cos i was looking so faward to catching up all cos i happen to have a mood shift.

I completely agree with this. Stress brings out my mood swings. Little stress that most people can deal with will make me cry, worry, lose sleep. It's also one of the big reasons I've stayed at my job the past 11 years. I haven't tried to excell. It's an easy, low-stress food service job. I can handle that.
