Still cycling between moderate/mild depression and baseline/happy and today I feel great. Got some good news which helps me a lot!

Glad to hear that the news helped!

As for me, I'm doing pretty okay. I got wildly manic yesterday out of nowhere. I don't know what triggered it. As usual though, I slept, and I woke up okay. I actually slept from start to finish without waking up to pee or having a nightmare. Was good rest, felt good!

So no one's posted in this thread since July? Wow.
My day started off pretty crappy, and I'm still struggling but slightly less so. Depression sucks, but I'm grateful I'm not mixed.

I'm bored, lonely, and have nothing to do. Mania will come before too long...

Pretty good. A bit stressed out and has adrenaline pumping, but it also helps to get me to get more accomplished.

Hi. I'm new, and this is my first post in the forums. I have Bipolar 2.
Today I'm feeling mostly stable with a hint of hypomania. I have this urge to start a whole new project submitting songs to music libraries. I'm trying to control it by sticking to my current projects, but it's taking some willpower. =) Ah, the old familiar pattern...

Sounds somewhat like something I do with my stories that I write. I was writing the fifth story to my one series, and I thought "Oh! I know! I'll start the sixth story!" and finished it, aaaaand never went back to the fifth story.

Have anxiety. Will definitely take a diazepam without a doubt.
