I think my meds are making me feel numb. I'm on the full dosage now. I'm not doing bad, but the motivation is severely lacking in regards to everything.

I want to do so many things, but going to therapy later is
NOT one of them.

Called my doc bc I'm sick of this extreme anhedonia nonsense. I haven't been able to get myself to do practically anything since I started the full dose. My boyfriend wants me to stop taking these, and I think he's right. I haven't felt in a great mood once unlike when I was on Trileptal. It's made my intrusive thoughts way worse. I can't sleep well and I feel anxious and depressed more often since starting. I'd like to give it a couple of weeks, but I can't stand feeling so pulled back and blah. I already had anhedonia issues, but Lamotrigine seems to have amplified it to the point where I can't do anything...not even bare minimum for the last few days. I left work early two days, and my bf has been picking up my slack. I hate this.
Might do 3 pills tonight instead of 4 if my psychiatrist hasn't called me back.

Psychiatrist called back and said to try 150mg of lamotrigine instead of 100. Said to try that for a week and call him after then. *Fingers crossed*

I believe I accidentally said lamictal before (my psychologist keeps accidentally calling it that, plus my psychiatrist said it was like lamictal)
I've been on lamotrigine. Sorry for confusion.

Sweet, oh so good!
I've been sleeping like a log since christmas holidays. I wonder what happened then. I can usually conclude some reason, especially for a shift for the worse, but now I'm unable to. I should probably just enjoy.
I don't even like christmas, at all. So that's not it. Perhaps I'm having vitamin D deficiency and I misinterpret it as stage awesome lol.
