Just diagnosed with mild bipolar

I can't secretly binge at home because my wife is very sensitive to my moods and will bust me bigtime. Basically when I'm traveling for work. I start at the bar of the hotel and then finish up in my room.

Have you ever had any help with these binges? Sounds like you need to break the cycle. Can you try to go straight to your hotel room and have a bath and watch TV? It will be difficult at first but will get easier. Tho it does sound like you might need some help with this, bipolar plus alcohol binges is not a good combination.
