Medications tried, symptoms ... what would work now?

My mother has been diagnosed (by many different doctors, many different times with varying disorders etc.) ....... bipolar, depression, ADD, PTSD, GAD, PD, BPD ... she also has psychotic features.

Symptoms shes told me or what I notice-

She has manic episodes and depressive episodes
(I'm sure you all know the details of .... acting like shes on top of the world, or won't get out of bed)

She has panic and anxiety attacks etc.

She is flightly .. cant concentrate on anything and never finishes things she starts

She is afraid of men and authority

She thinks that there is a a curse on her that an enemy has put on her (delusions)

Afraid to say no - and always wants to please others

She can't go to supermarkets or other places alone

impulsive

super ... hypersensitive

disstorted thoughts (thinks shes fat and needs to lose weight and shes in normal range)


She has tried:

All of the SSRIs
Effexor
Gabitril
Neurontin
Geodon
Trazadone
Wellbutrin
Klonopin
Ativan

And there are some others that she didn't remember ....

Her main concern is .. she doesn't want to gain a lot of weight .. I know mostly that it is all dependent on the person, but I know that some do usually have a significant weight gain like lithium and depakote.

Are there variety of drugs that anyone would recommend she should look at to conquer these symptoms.

Anti-depressants
Anti-anxiety angents
Anti-psychotics
Mood Stabalizers
Beta Blockers

Or whatever else there is .......

Any 1 or combination of drugs working for anyone with similiar symptoms?
