I also had just come off the celexa. I was only on it for one week but wonder ifit was somehow related.

My depression states are rarely major. I get them, had a bad one recently, and have had a few short ones where i really cry and feel like driving off a bridge, but they are shortlived for me, usually. And i always feel like leaving my husband in them. Most frequently i would say i have highly aggitated, angry, im going to snap at you for anything and then break something or hurt myself states. I dont even know what to classify those under. Mixed, aggitated depression, a negative hypo episode(as my energy level is always high then). But they are worse for me on average than my depressive states because they are so frequent and highly destructive to my relationships. And when i get depressed, its typically atypical depression, so i can still function, i just have no energy, hope, and think about offing myself even though i really dont want to.

If nothing else, if i can get rid of those aggitated and volatile states my life will greatly improve, although admittingly the hypo states are what got me into counseling... Nothing like an affair and excessive spending to make you consider that you may have an issue. Both are new. My impulse control went to hell over the last year or so, so i think my bipolar probably got worse or something recently. Actually, i know it has because before i probably displayed more cyclothymic characteristics with ocd aspects. Ive had ocd tendencies for years.

Im not sure what my point is. Haha. Other than maybe i dont know normal because its been so long since ive felt normal. Even between episodes my normal states have been pretty short in recent times.
