Well, I would make more sense on paper. I tend to ramble half the time when I go there anyways when I'm feeling like I do now. I don't think now would be the best time to write it though. I'm not having a good day.

Nothing's really happened. I'm just sort of in the middle of a mixed episode. Like, I'm really angry and hyper and stuff, but at the same time I keep crying and I'm depressed. So yeah, my letter probably wouldn't make much sense. The medicine they put me on really isn't doing much good so far.

That's okay, but I suggest that when this moment happens again, you should just stay clear of people and do your own thing. Like, if it happens at college, then just go to the quiet study room or, if it happens at home, then go to your room.

I'm finally somewhat okay now.
Yeah, that's usually what I do. I'll just go up to my room or something. I changed the appointment, so I went and saw the therapist today. We talked about my dad and everything. I feel alot better. :)

This is fantastic news - You've made real progress. I won't ask what exactly you and the therapist talked about (in relation to your father), but I hope that you have further appointments to go to. You're doing great, my friend.

Yup, they said I'm making progress too. :)

I guess I'm still getting used to the medication. It's made my mood swings so that they don't last as long and I guess that's okay. It's just that they keep switching back and forth every day now, instead of every few days. But I don't think they're as bad. I don't know. I'm on the lowest dose right now, so that explains why it's not doing too much yet.

And I have another appointment next Thursday with the therapist.. She wants me to start going weekly..

Most of the time I usually have them when I'm alone, or when I'm with my family.
