Hello all. Puppy bowl sunday. Anyone do journaling and as it helped? I find I get more depressed and moody writing things down.

Hello and welcome,
I occasionally journal. It does help, especially when I look back on dates that go back some time, like months and years. I see patterns in my behavior and thoughts. We often think that bad times are simply a product of something happening at the moment when often it is part of a pattern in our behavior and how we cope (or not) with stress.
