*TW* Sudden and extreme hypersexuality *TW*

I've been fine in regards to hyper sexuality for roughly a year and a half. I have episodes, but never this extreme. While I am not partaking in actual sex, I am writing about sex. I've always enjoyed writing, and I will use sex scenes from time to time, but I have three separate stories that I'm writing right now, all NOTHING but sex. I can't go into detail about what the kind of sex is, as it's not allowed to be talked about on this site, but it's sex play that I would never partake in, never watch in a porn video, but I feel like I'm on a manic high writing about it.

I do not share these stories with anyone, nor will I, but I need to get this stuff off my chest. When I think about things to put into these stories, I obsess over them. When I'm at work, or around people, I'm on another planet. I'm not talking to people about, other than right now as I'm trying to seek help, but I zone out, almost like a dissociative episode. I have never considered myself to be a sex addict or even a porn addict, but right now I feel like one and I ######6 hate it.

Part of me thinks it's because I haven't been sleeping. Not by choice, I have no problem getting to sleep, but I cannot stay asleep. I'll fall asleep, sleep for four to six hours, wake up, and not be able to get to sleep.

Any help would be appreciated.
