I've heard that Zero Water Filters flush electrolytes from your body since there is nothing in it. Will drinking this lower my lithium levels significantly? I will be asking my pdoc as well.

Besides getting some input on here and asking your pdoc, have you had your labs done recently? Just wanted to ask. Were they ok?

Pdoc said it was okay but I am still skeptical. I drink a lot of water and a lot of people say these filters flush salt/electrolytes from you and lithium is a salt. That's a good idea to get blood work done. I do feel healthier though. The tap water has a lot of crap in it.
