trigger warning

As someone that struggles with alcohol I know 30 days is major! I am on day 3.... so far so good.

MY pdoc mentioned other meds for me ... Depakote, tegratol etc. In case the lithium isn't cutting it. But I think it is. I have had 6 days of baseline mood now and while I miss the hypomania I am happy to be edging towards stability.

I know its my mood right now. But I tkkk a bunch f pills and and drinking, Im so sick of being alive.

I'm alive. That's what matters. Went to the ER recently for SI. Spent 27 hours waiting to see a Dr. They sent me home because I didn't have a specific plan to off myself.

I am still so depressed. I am in enormous financial trouble. I am stressed. I feel so fragile, like all my defenses are gone. My family is watching me like a hawk to make sure I stay safe. I am applying for disability.
