There is a method to assist in recovery called, "Wellness Recovery Action Plan" (WRAP)
And since we are all techno-savy here, You can look it up on the internet and try some of the tools out yourself. No quick fixes, and this requires work by the individual seeking recovery. That is why it gets results.

I'm struggling right now and the agency that is helping me has been promoting WRAP for over 10 years.
I don't think there is any magic in this. The principles of recovery are pretty generic. This is just a particular package that you might want to check out.
