Yeah, thanks guys. It's been a journey. I'm back and want to just say how much I appreciate having a safe niche where I can be myself, even as that self changes, adjusts, learns, grows, matures and becomes decrepit and I creep in to old age. In 7 months I will qualify for old age pension.
It is not always possible to make someone's discomfort go away.
Sometimes, the best thing we can do is resist the urge to fix it and instead just say, "You, too?"
