Medication - Lithium/Invega/Klonopin
Diet - recently started keto, feel much more even keeled
Exercise - sprints, heavy weights, hiking
Team Sports - basketball, frisbee
Sleep - no more late bar nights (getting too old anyways)
Sunshine & Vitamin D3
Supportive Family/Friends - this is very important, you get what you give
Moderate coffee/alcohol
Reading books - fiction and non fiction (I don't do this enough)
Video Games - fun escape
Job/School - important if you can manage it, if not volunteering
Avoiding Stressful situations/people if possible - more alone time if you're introverted
Be kind to everyone you come across because you never know who’s suffering inside.

Im learning the importance of being brutally honest with your doctor and yourself. This is so important to get the right type of treatment.

I still have mania but am working on it.

Medication - It's my oxygen - w/o it I'm a goner.
Meditation - I am now beginning to learn mindful meditation techniques...
Doctors - I follow all their words to the letter.
Family - w/o my family I would be in the hospital now...they are great!
Resources - Support group/books and the like help me.
Attitude - I have a strong attitude and that drives me forward - this pain shall pass.
Experienced - I've been suffering w/ bipolar 1 for years; I am mature in my illness which helps.
