Smoking

How many of you smoke? I don't consider myself a smoker but I have my bouts of chain smoking. Like I could go 2-3 months without and then relapse into weeks of it.

I was a heavy smoker to help me with anxiety. I tried so many methods to quit and finally bought a vape and quit. I highly recommend it. For me in large part it wasn’t the addiction, it was the habit and anxiety reducer. I love vaping.. tastes good and I don’t stink anymore.

I've heard vaping is not much better than smoking.
I am too cheap to buy cigs and they're just terrible for your health anyways.
They have a few perks: reduce anxiety/appetite but there are tons more downsides. It's just not worth it.
I have smoked a 100% tobacco cigar/cigarillo occasionally (don't inhale).
I also gave up pot a long time ago because it seemed to make me manic.
Also used to smoke hookah freshman year which is worse than cigs.
Be kind to everyone you come across because you never know who’s suffering inside.

Smoking is disgusting and it small benefits are nothing compared to the catastrophic consequences therefore you should consider stopping permanently.

Fair enough but it can really help. For me it's mostly helping withbsharpening the mind and also with stress. Difficult to find good coping methods to replace it.
