Weirdest most horrifying experience ever. I was staying with my family after quitting my job in the UK because of severe anhedonia and signification caused by invega antipsychotic. Suddenly my family starts acting aggressive towards me and I hear them say some nasty things about me relating to my childhood. This triggered a deep paranoia and I packed my bags and ran off to Germany. Completely manic with unreal expectations of how to find a job or a place to stay. Then suddenly I started to believe people were stalking me. Random strangers would be passing by and co.menting about things I was going to do like look for a job etc... It felt like everyone was conspiring against and I just started traveling between different countries Netherlands, Sweden and Denmark. Ended up finding a job in Sweden but the persecution was so intense. At this time I had read about Gangstalking and thought that would explain all the things happening. Imagine feeling persecuted by everyone like they are all in on it
Like you are some mass murderer or terrorist. It's insane. Feels almost like everyone is acting and pretending...
It was pretty cool to be honest. Felt like a crazy movie and I was then star of the show. Some psychiatrists think I have bipolar.. another one thinks I have delusional disorder. Could this episode which lasted for about 6 months be caused only by bipolar 1 with psychotic features?

I'm no expert and it's only my opinion, so based on only my personal past, long long ago experiences, yes it's possible. Plus I have also read somewhere that mania can look like this. Have you looked into getting yourself seen by a pdoc? That would be a great way to start.

I have bipolar 1 diagnosed by seven different psychiatrists. And I am on antipsychotics and mood stabilizers. Mine's been going on for about 6 months as well. Medications don't really help. As far as everybody moving slow I know what you mean. I don't have anxiety. But when I feel that people are plotting against me I lash out at them. I still talk to my fiends and go out in public everyday I just get the urge to lash out at them. I have gotten this paranoia through 4 times over the last 20 years. It's considered psychosis I believe. Normally I go into psychosis and have blackouts. Delusions hallucinations Etc. I hear voices. You name it. The last week I've been smelling weird things. The reason I isolate myself is when it gets real bad I'm afraid I might do something to somebody. I have a bad history with aggression and fighting with people. I found some Depakote on my shelf and I took it and it seems to be helping me as well. I Isolate myself because nobody needs to you be affected by my illness. People have kids. It's funny that you mention going to other countries. When I get manic I drive all over the West Coast with the only money I have saved and go on three four months vacations. I do show up to family and friends houses announced LOL. No planning. No 4 thought. Just spur-of-the-moment poor decision-making. Last year I had to borrow money from some friends just to make it home. I was about 1,600 miles in three other states away. Got on my car with no money and went on vacation.
