Will let you know my appointment isn't yil 5 weeks time. I took some diazepam the last few days and I've improved a bit....

I take diazepam as needed. Some episodes, I need it more often throughout the day, twice a day, but other times I'm fine without it. Remember that it's there for a reason, to help you (that's what I tell myself).

What I highlighted, that tends to happen when on higher doses of meds, are you on a high dose of Abilify? They call this anhedonia. That is just not a good way to live. I've had it from a high dose of Latuda and it was awful. So I started tapering off of it and by the time I got to 40 mg I started to feel things again and my personality started coming back.

Everything else- definitely tell your pdoc. I know what extreme anxiety and dissociation is like (I get them both often) and it's terrible.

Thanks jellybeanery I thought that might he the case. I'm on 15mg of aripiprazole. Have been as high as 20mg but I turned into a zombie. I wish I could lower the dose again but they won't let me grrr.

Thank you quiet girl. I needed to give myself permission to take it. I was so proud of my 3 weeks without.

That's good that you take care to watch over yourself and you only use benzos as needed.
