Hi,
can panic attack hit me without panicking?
is it common for people in their 30s or 40s to get panic attack?
I was hit with semi heart attack symptoms and went to A&E and they said everything is normal and my symptoms were so real and hit me from time to time and I lost the arguments with them.
it may help to mention that I have BP2 with atypical depression.
Thanks

I often get high levels of adrenaline with rapid thoughts that cause my heart to go very fast like that. Does that sound like what you've been experiencing?

this happens to me sometimes and I become overexcited but what I am experiencing is dizziness, hot flushes, weakness in arm and muscles and lightheaded and these symptoms come without panic or stress.
