None of either.

I don't consume beverages with caffeine and my psych MD does not believe in drinking on meds, ever. I have maybe 1 or 2 drinks a year.

Two to four 10 ounce cups of coffee, usually black. Admittedly, my insomnia isn't as bad if I go without it. I've never touched alcohol.
