"Neurodivergent" (which is used instead of "neurodiverse" if you are referring to an individual or a group of people with the same brain type) is used to refer to someone whose brain is fundamentally wired differently than the kinds of brains society considers "normal". Bipolarity fits this, since it is mostly genetically caused, it is a disability, and it is often seen as something to be "fixed". Some people may argue it is not, since bipolar people typically have their first episode in their late teens or early adulthood, and they are not always experiencing an episode. However, there are often differences between bipolar people and neurotypicals even before they have a full-blown episode, and there are often differences in between episodes as well.
