Hello Quietgirl, thank you for the info and suggestions! Valium helps me sleep, but I don't know if it would help with the moods. I'm opting for the Klonopin for now, though, if my pdoc says it's okay.

ok, yes, valium helps me sleep too, (really well), but maybe you need something different. Let us know how it goes. :D
