Thanks so much for your kind words, voracious! I'm still waking up earlier than usual, feeling anxious (today I woke up at 8.45am). However, my anxiety isn't as high as it was. Today I've felt nervous about meeting up with a friend tonight, but know I need to push myself to continue to socialise and not self-isolate. Thanks again. Hugs!
