So happy I got back on my meds... a positive post

Feeling so much better this week. SO GLAD I got back on my meds. (Lamictal 300mg/day. I am tiny, btw.)

Feelings of self doubt, worthlessness, anger etc have mostly passed. A little hypomanic from the adjustment but that's an improvement from severe depression.

I'm glad to read a positive story and very happy for you that the meds are working. I'd keep an eye on the hypomania to make sure it doesn't go any higher than it is now, but other than that, enjoy feeling better. I know what a massive relief it is to finally come out of depression, and I don't know how I'd cope without my meds either- they have a very large part to play in stability, I'd say.

Finding the meds that work for you is always a great thing. Glad to hear that you got back on them! I knew I'm an absolute wreck without my medication!
