Hi all.
I have been having terrible motion sickness and dizziness the past couple of days. I've been having to take Dramamine and Benadryl just to get me by. And not do anything as well.
I started taking 50 mg of Trazodone and 20 mg of Geodon last Wednesday. They are both for depression and the Trazodone is also to help me sleep (which it hasn't even though I have tried up to 150 mg since starting.)
I am wondering if these are common side effects of Trazodone or Geodon? For some reason it seems like I have read about dizziness being associated with Trazodone but I can't really find it here on the site or elsewhere.
So if any of you have had similar experiences or know of this happening, I would really appreciate your input as I feel awful.
Thanks so much.

this is what I found the link is at the end both .meds found there. You might want to talk to your DR. he might have something to help you with the dizziness.-------
Trazodone ---- the first 3 side effects are nausea, dizziness, insomnia it should be taken after meal or small snack as it will help the body absorb the drug.
Geodon---- generic name Ziprasidone ---can cause orthostatic hypotension, a drop in blood pressure upon rising that can cause dizziness or light-headedness. The risk is about 1 in 200 patients.
not promoting just showing where I found it hope this is ok....
