Hi Everyone.
I'm on Lamictal 150mg and have been for about 2 years. In those two years I've barely laughed or smiled. I've lost all my talkative and energetic parts of my personality. It took my favorite parts of my personality away. I'm left emotionless. I do have emotions but they are mild.
It's good not to feel all crazy and all over the place (I also have BPD), but I want to feel happy, laugh, and smile. I'm thimking of lowering my dose to see if that helps. Has anyone felt this way or lowered their dose with results? Thanks

Me on 300 mg: all the terrible depression thoughts (I don't think examples are necessary)
Me on 400 mg: can't get too excited about anything, but neither do I get the terrible thoughts. I have all other symptoms, way too much or too little energy, anger bursts, spending, etc. Just my mood is always in the middle.
For me it's a fair trade-off.
Currently working on my upcoming signature.

I'm on Latuda and Lamictal/Lamotrigine and have been feeling this way for about a year. I was on 400mg Lamotrigine and got down to 100mg and haven't seen a change. So for me, I think it's the Latuda.
