I don't quite understand what you wrote. If kids are involved, chill, seriously. Repeat, chill. This includes the kid in your belly. Chill.

Are you bipolar? Are you manic? Do you have a dr? If so, reach out to your support system. You seem pretty upset. I strongly urge you to not do anything that can affect your unborn child, and seek help. You can PM me if you want, but I don't know what I can do. I am not a professional, but I can listen.

That message seemed rushed but if there's kids involved always think of their future and wellbeing.

Hi BillyJo
I understand yr predicament. I can offer three things that can help. First; when you are stable or quiet remind all yr special people of the truth. You love them and cherish them all but have disorder which frm time to time alters yr behaviour. Make sure they know always - what you know - the base line is you love them all to bits.
Second; Make sure yr meds are as OK as they can be.
Third; Make a list of thr good things you would like to do for yr special people and choose one and do it. Then do another one until its a habit. It can be really simple - buy or make a cake as as a surprise with love. Buy some flowers.......with love
I'm afraid I'm a fellow traveller so its not a lot but hope you may find something - because yr post was a very honest, open post from a good person.
Be Well

If you haven't tried DBT therapy, I highly recommend it. It's getting me through a major life crisis/event.
