Insomnia vent

Postby eterea107 » Sun Mar 19, 2017 7:20 am

Day 2, zero sleep. Sun is coming up. That's all. I needed to whine to people that get it.

Definitely "get it." Try taking a nap, if you can. Hopefully (crossing my fingers) that you sleep tonight.

I get it too. The tiredness hits me about 10 AM and peaks about 1 PM, then I feel great for the second night of sleeplessness. Thinking about your situation makes me nauseous. I know how it feels to watch the sun set and know you are just starting another journey into a horrible place.

I wish there was something I could do for you. The sleeplessness only seems to amplify my thoughts, anxiety, and paranoia.

Sorry for you...
