Do you ever post ridiculous things when manic? I know I have. I have been paranoid and confused.I have erased things and edited things. I have to apologize a lot.

The question that naturally has to be asked inquires the following:
According to whose judgement are the expressions you give rise to deemed ridiculous?
And are these people, including your self, who make these definitive judgements properly qualified to form thorough, well-balanced assessments of such matters?

I, for one, would be most willing and eager to read certain things that naturally come to your mind, so as to at least offer you a free space to boundlessly express your self for once.

Allowing your instinct to express itself totally carelessly and freely might be one of the most liberating things to do, could it not? evidently, provided the absence of premature judgement that often cuts off the oxygen supply way too early.

I say, find a viable place for your self to inhabit temporarily, and allow your self to breathe and act naturally, afterwards judgements can still be made if necessary, and if helpful to the growth of your being.

You get what i'm intending to say?

I've certainly posted a lot of bizarre and sometimes nonsensical content when high and psychotic. In fact, when last in that state, I had a whole long thread running, which although it made complete sense to me at the time, makes me cringe to think back on it.

However, I'm very glad I've got a safe and anonymous place like this to post my manic ramblings, rather than putting them out on, say, social media, where the consequences would be much more damaging to me. There's also the bonus that here, many people have been through similar things, and so aren't anywhere near as judgemental (if at all) as those in other areas of my life. Just know you're not alone in struggling with this issue, but also rest assured that this is probably one of the best places to post 'weird' stuff when it comes to you.

Where could i find such a thread of yours where i could read your expressions and possibly offer some feedback if still necessary and desired by your self?

This is my thread on 'Bipolar and Spirituality' from when I was in a psychotic mixed episode last year:

Thanks guys. The last several years have been mentally taxing, to say the least.

Ennui, I took a look. I never get spiritual/religious. I do get grandiose and "all-wise", though. lol

You're very welcome. I certainly know what it's like to have a mentally taxing time of things, and I hope the coming years will be much easier for you.

Thanks for having a look at my thread, though I find it difficult and quite triggering to re-read. It's interesting how we all experience mixed episodes/mania in different ways.

Sure, especially if I'm manic. I post more frequently and LONG posts, lol. It happens. I figure people will skip threads they ont want to read. If I'm psychotic, I'm too agitated to be online. But mania or mixed, yes. I've never insulted or judged anyone in my posts.

I can often times become argumentative or blunt. Not good. My son is the same way. He has bipolar as well.

Ridiculous? Never.
Profound, Deep, Philosophical, Illuminating ? Always.
Beyond current understanding of the limited intellects of my audience? Not my fault.
Beyond the later understanding of my regressed intellect due to intense neuro-chemical fluctuations? Yes.

I blame it on the fifth column that exists within the Illuminati who are undermining the integrity of the planet in conjunction with the reptilian aliens that have been infiltrating the human race by secretly breeding for generations with humans during the coitus of unsuspecting couples. The children of such unions go on to modify the behavior of entire civilizations through the application of mind altering drugs that are disseminated through broadcast spraying from high altitude flights, as evidenced by chem-trails.

We are all slaves to them who have no bounds and are placidly fulfilling the nefarious objectives of the select elite that control the world.

It is all true.

Have you ever seen a Sasquatch? Don't you realize that Sasquatch and the Yeti are members of the same species, just as diversity exists within our own population.

Sasquatch, Yeti, reptilian-aliens... We can't see them, but they are watching... planning and waiting their turn to take over, before mankind fatally undermines the balance of ecology leading to our own extinction.

That brings me to poltergeists and UFO's. More evidence of all that is happening around us.
The next time you see 4 red cars parked in a row, realize the near impossibility of that happening due to chance and understand that it is a sign of the control they have over us. It is a signal to those who know. Do you know? I know.

The signs are everywhere. Watch, wait, and be prepared... It is happening already and will be fulfilled in due time. Mark my words.

Peace, out.
It is not always possible to make someone's discomfort go away.
Sometimes, the best thing we can do is resist the urge to fix it and instead just say, "You, too?"
