Any ultra-rapid metabolizers of CYP2D6? And or Gilbert's?

I'm at my wits end trying to find a medication I can take...

I had a DNA test done a little back and I'm apparently and ultra rapid rapid metabolizer of CYP2D6... And I have Gilbert's syndrome. This is making it next time impossible for me to find a medication that I can take.

Anyone of this forum have one of these things or both? If so what do you take?
Any medical professionals have any ideas?

Ive tried SO many different things I coundnt name them all.

Hopefully there is someone hear with my problem that can offer some insight?
